When you think of weight loss, do you think of eating less and exercising more?
It’s common advice I hear doctors, celebrities, etc. spouting off about how to lose weight. Most of them have never struggled with weight loss though, and haven’t stayed current on research that shows weight loss goes much deeper than just calories in and calories out.
While exercise and eating nutrient dense foods, like whole grains, lean protein, fruits and vegetables is important, it isn’t the only factor.
